What is a Syringoma? Syringomas are benign harmless sweat duct tumors, typically found clustered on eyelids, although they may also be found in the armpits. They are skin-colored or yellowish firm rounded bumps, 1-3 mm in diameter, and are often confused with xanthelasma. The surface of Syringomas can be round or flat. Most commonly, lesions are limited to the upper parts of the cheeks and lower eyelids. Other common sites include the axilla, chest, abdomen, penis, and vulva.
